Programs
Our programs bring people together in small groups, so you’ll always have a supportive community as you learn and grow. Each group (cohort) goes through the program at the same time, making it easier to connect and share experiences. The journey lasts six weeks, with sessions covering topics such as building strong relationships, parenting skills, and improving your financial situation. You’ll also get to take personality assessments and learn how understanding yourself can make a big difference in your relationships, parenting, and finances. Most sessions are held online for your convenience, but we can arrange in-person meetings if that works better for you. We believe in the idea that “iron sharpens iron”—everyone helps each other learn, grow, and become their best selves. By cheering each other on and keeping each other accountable, you and your fellow participants will build stronger skills in relationships, parenting, and managing your finances together.
Our services are here for you, delivered through two main programs: Just for Fathers and Operation Boost. No matter which path you choose, you’ll find a welcoming group of people who understand what you’re going through.
If you’re a dad, Just for Fathers offers a safe space to connect with other fathers, share your experiences, and get support as you work toward being the parent you want to be.
Just for Fathers
- Must be a father
- At least 18 years old
- Have at least one child aged 19 or younger
- Want to be a positive influence in your child’s life
If you’re not a father but want to move forward with purpose, Operation Boost is designed to help you set goals, build relationships, and develop your financial skills.
Operation Boost
- Must be male
- At least 18 years old
- Not a father or in a current parenting relationship
- Want to find your purpose
